Pre-Kindergarten
For children entering Kindergarten the following September.
Pre-Kindergarten gives your child the chance to learn and engage in a larger classroom setting. At the same time, children still enjoy a healthy balance of play, social time, and learning.
Our teachers also partner closely with families. Together, we help each child feel ready and excited for their first year of school.
Our program introduces and develops the skills children need to succeed in kindergarten and beyond. For example, children build social skills through play with their friends in the classroom and on the playground. In addition, we make outdoor time and physical activity a priority every day.
First, we introduce academic units such as letter shapes and sounds, identifying and drawing shapes, basic math with numbers, and critical thinking.
Our curriculum also includes seasonal and subject units. Each unit, in turn, includes several hands-on chances to craft, build, and paint.
Throughout the year, children learn Bible stories and songs. Then, at Christmas, they perform a re-enactment of the Christmas story for their families.
As a result, students move into kindergarten with confidence. In addition, they learn the basic tenets of the Christian faith and the social skills they need to succeed beyond kindergarten.

Interactive Pre-Kindergarten Learning
A variety of hands-on activities, such as dominoes, painting, building, and dramatic play, spark curiosity. Meanwhile, children build social skills with their friends both in the classroom and on the playground.
