FACTS Family Portal for Parents

First, prospective families can visit FACTS to use the admissions portal. There, you can inquire, apply for admission, or complete an enrollment packet. Meanwhile, currently enrolled families use the FACTS Family Portal to view their tuition payment plan, check their student’s assignments and grades, or update family contact information.

Childcare Families

Similarly, if your child is in our childcare program, you will receive photos, updates, and messages through the ProCare app. That way, parents can stay connected throughout the day.

Ways Parents Can Get Involved

Parents are a big part of our school family. For example, you can join us for community events like the Back-to-School Bash, Grandparents Day, Christmas Programs, Spring ArtsFest, and Field Day. In addition, many families support the school through giving or by inviting friends to learn more. Above all, we love partnering with parents, so please reach out any time you have ideas or questions.

Tips for a Smooth School Year

To stay on top of the year, check the FACTS Family Portal regularly for grades and assignments. Also, keep the school calendar handy and review messages from teachers each week. Finally, if something changes at home, let your child’s teacher know, since that helps us support your child well.
